According to witnesses in the store, here is the unofficial outline of events.

At approximately 955pm, a Ford Focus and Ford F150 were parked next to each other on the western side of the parking lot, not far from the coffee shop entrance. On exiting his parking space, the driver of the F150 scraped or bumped the side of the Focus.

The driver of the Focus got out of his vehicle, walked up to the driver’s side of the F150 and fired at least two shots into the windshield. The F150, already in reverse, continued moving and bumped into a small van in the parking space behind it.

The shooter immediately dropped his weapon and was taken into custody by the Whole Foods off-duty officer.

More details as they become available.
